BASIC RULES AND GUIDELINES

✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission,
this depends on my schedule or if I don’t think I can deliver your request well enough.
✦ You CANNOT claim commissioned work as your own,
Clear & proper credit MUST be given when used.
✦ Commissioned work is only for Personal Use.
Right for Commercial use is required an agreement and possible added fee

✦ PLEASE do NOT re-sell / profit without permission.

I do NOT allow my artwork to be used in NFT or AI sites.

✦ PLEASE do NOT redistribute / trace / steal in any way, shape, or form.

Please respect the artist's work.

✦ I have the RIGHT to use the art for self-promotion (watermarked) on my social medias unless stated otherwise in the request.

✦ Rendering process will possibly be streamed unless stated otherwise!! If you wish for yours to remain private until it's completed and shown publicly, let me know by telling me in your commission details.

ART PROCESS

✦ Reference MUST include pictures. I'm NOT accepting description only references.
✦ Please provide character references. I would appreciate as much details and references you would need, in advance to avoid unnecessary changes. A good briefing makes the job for the artist and client much more satisfactory.
✦ If you don't have a character sheet yet, additional charges will apply for brainstorming and design.
✦ Please decide on the design and concept you want.
✦ You CANNOT change the reference at the last minute / after the sketch is done.
✦ Maximum 2 edits at the sketch stage
✦ No major revision once colored.

TIMELINE

✦ I will work at my own pace, please be patient with me.
✦ If you need it for a special occasion, let me know!
✦ More complex designs or multiple characters will take longer.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

✦ Initial Full/ Half-Prepaid via Paypal or VGen Payment.
✦ The commission will take effect after 50% of the payment is done.
✦ I do NOT accept payment until I'm ready to start.
✦ Price will be discussed and mutually agreed on before any payment is sent.
✦ I do NOT offer refunds unless I'm unable to complete the commission.
✦ There WON’T be refunds after the draft is approved.
✦ There WON’T be refunds after the commission is finished.
✦ If you want to cancel a commission, please tell me preferably before I start.

DELIVERY

✦ You will receive a full resolution digital file which will be delivered through email / discord / google drive.
✦ No physical item will be delivered!
